Technical Description
This turbo oil drain hose kit is designed for the 2004-2005 Mazdaspeed Miata MSM fitted with the factory IHI VJ35 turbocharger.
The kit replaces the factory turbo oil drain reference BP8J-14-260 / BP8J14260. It is suitable for lower turbo oil return service, oil leak repair, turbocharger removal, or replacing an aging factory rigid drain pipe on the original MSM turbo setup.
The kit uses a high-temperature reinforced NBR oil drain hose with billet aluminum drain flanges, clamps, gasket, and required mounting hardware. The flexible hose design helps replace the rigid factory drain pipe and can reduce stress from engine movement and heat cycling during service.

Technical Installation Note
This kit uses a thick-profile engine-side oil drain flange. For proper installation, the original shorter factory block-side bolts must be removed and replaced with the supplied extended bolts.
Do not reuse the shorter factory bolts with the thicker engine-side drain flange. The supplied extended bolts are included to provide the correct hardware length for this installation.
